Our firm does mostly high net worth cases. So, that is the majority of the clientele that I deal with. That said, in my experience most of my clients in these cases want to settle; a lot of my clients are very interested in collaborative law and staying out of the court system. Because first of all, they have very high-pressure jobs, often, and they don’t want to be dragged into court all the time, and they don’t want their businesses to be investigated all the time. And they really are in a situation where they want to settle their cases, and they don’t want to be in the press.
