I’ve been doing employment law for about 20 years. We represent employers exclusively at my law firm though when I started I did a little bit of both, so I’ve been on both sides of the cases. And we do advice and counseling where employers will call us and ask us, here’s a situation, what do I do? And then if the case turns into litigation we’ll also handle the litigation for them. So it’s very widespread. It’s all aspects of employment law, and it’s a great practice.
