Well, a basic estate plan – I do a lot of estate plans that involve trusts, but I also do a lot of estate plans that are will-based plans for individuals who may not require a trust. And so the documents that I prepare typically are, if a trust is needed, then a trust, a Last Will and Testament, or if it’s a trust-based, then a pour-over will, three powers of attorney, the durable financial, the healthcare, and, in Arizona particularly, we have the mental healthcare power of attorney. I also prepare living wills and HIPPA documentation to go along with the estate plans.
