Well, the issues for same sex couples divorcing in estate planning issues are really not much different than everybody else’s to the extent that many of these families have unique or special family arrangements, custody arrangements, or there could be in vitro issues, there could be stepparent adoption issues. So the blending of many different families may need to be provided for in unique ways that may not be commonly done but otherwise, the issues are relatively the same.
