There are many. I would not recommend using social media to find qualified candidates. So much that’s out there is not necessarily accurate, and it’s very easy to find employees by simply posting a job on the Internet or in local publications or newspapers, so you can usually find as many applicants as you want during the – using the tradition ways. And if you’re looking at the Internet to determine the qualifications of a candidate that can be problematic.

If the Internet reveals protected class information about the individual, such as their race, their religion, their national origin, their sexual preference that kind of thing, and the employee doesn’t get the job, they could always come back and say, “Well, you used that protected class information as a basis to not hire me for the job.”
