I have been practicing labor and employment law for 21 years, during the first probably five years of my practice I represented primarily employees and since that time, I represent primarily employers and I think it’s good experience to have been on both sides of the fence, but I definitely like representing employers and protecting their interests and addressing any disputes that they have with their employees.
