A performance appraisal system has a lot o benefits for both the employer and the employee. For the employer, it benefits by finding out which employees are really employed for the growth and development of the organization, as well as to identify areas where additional worker improvement is needed. For the individual employee, I think we all benefit when we are clear on the expectations of our job and we have a sense as to how we’re performing.
