An operating agreement is essential.  And it’s probably the most important agreement that we have at the beginning if there’s more than one owner.  I like to say that everything goes great at first with a handshake, but eventually it often doesn’t end up that way.

And so, by spending a little time at the outset putting together an agreement, a map so to speak, as to what happens if things change, it’s a money-saver.  Absolutely.
