Well, if you’re not – the filing – if you’re going through a divorce, you’re filing status for taxes doesn’t change significantly. You’re still going to have to file as if you’re married, but your option is now to file jointly with your spouse or married filing separate, and it’s gonna depend on the income levels, and many other topics, but essentially, the income levels that you share together or separate and whether or not that increases or decreases your tax rate will help you to determine which one is more advantageous.
