Yeah. Disparate impact is really focusing on a policy or a procedure that ends up affecting different groups of people. So, a classic example that people talk about are the airlines used to have lifting requirements, and those lifting requirements would have a disparate impact on the women. So, if something’s not job related and it’s not helpful to do the job, yet it has a disparate impact on a group of people, that’s unfair.
