With respect to discrimination lawsuits I think that one of the keys in avoiding those types of claims is, I think, a broader based training of the entire workforce. So I don’t think its just training of their supervisors. I think that what I see is discrimination cases arise, you’d be surprised but more often than not in lax workplaces. Workplaces where there’s a lot of joking, where there’s not a lot of supervision in terms of supervisors keeping the workplace professional. That tends to allow kind of an erosion and a desensitization of the employees to the rules.

And so, they feel like they can talk freely and joke more freely in the workplace and I think that when employers take steps to remind employees on a daily basis, remind their supervisors to talk to employees about a professional workplace you don’t find people expressing their opinions. You don’t find people telling jokes. You don’t find people pushing the envelope in a way that exposes the company to discrimination claims. So I think that that broad based training for the entire workforce is critical to preventing discrimination claims.
