The ADA applies to any business that has more than 15 employees. That’s the federal law. However, if you’re in Minnesota, the Minnesota Human Rights Act also has provisions that prohibit disability discrimination, and the Minnesota Human Rights Act applies to anyone who has one or more employee. So while the ADA only applies to 15 or more, the same applications are going to be there for Minnesota state law with one or more employee.
