Well, what I will frequently do is include language in any settlement agreement that if there are
any disputes arising out of that agreement, then the judge mediator will actually serve as an arbitrator and make decisions with regard to any disputes that might arise. And that seems to work pretty well.  I haven’t had many times where issues have come up, but at least then you have a mechanism for addressing those kinds of problems.
