When I am dealing with insurance companies I always assume that they are looking to get a quick deal, and that they think that they’re dealing with an inexperienced attorney. So I always let them know that I’m willing to work with them and cooperate with them, but not at my client’s expense. They’re not going to get a bargain for settling quickly. So in other words we’re always prepared to go to trial in every single one of our cases, and I like to let insurance companies know that.
