The current case is called the Jenkins case and what it is it’s a class action for the men’s basketball players and football players to try to empower the schools and the conferences to decide how to fairly compensate these athletes because right now they have no say. The NCAA comes in and what we believe is a cartel and prohibits and type of compensation for this and I mean anything. I mean that if athletes are hungry for a snack at the end of the night the schools are not allowed to provide them snacks because of the way the NCAA system works. We don’t think that’s fair, we don’t think it’s legal, and we’re challenging that right now in the Jenkins case.

New York antitrust and sports law attorney Jeffrey Kessler of Winston & Strawn shares about current litigation he is involved in.
