When I’m doing an audit, I also have a number of contractual intellectual property rights. Now, these are rights that you agree with another party to forbear, forego, or include in performance of some other service that you’re doing. So these can be a license. This can be an employment agreement. These can be escrow agreements of software. So, really, when you’re auditing those, those are probably the hardest to quantify because you have to understand the context of the contract, the extent of the license granted, and there’s moving parts of third parties in a lot of those licenses that require deeper and more extenuating scrubbing.
