They can really run the gamut from perhaps one of the owners is the president of the company and he takes steps to maybe cut one person’s pay, another owner’s pay. It may be that they terminate a person’s position. Or may be that they see them using corporate assets to buy things for them personally like vehicles or doing work at their house.  So in a close corporation involving a limited number of owners, it can really run the gamut of anything that can incur in an employment context.
