Yes it is, because from the beginning we step outside of the litigation model. What we want to do is create a team that’s going to support the couple and the family as they move from point A to point B to point C in their divorce process. We don’t begin by going at each other or being aggressive or being confrontational. And yet it’s not that in the collaborative process that we’re not all human and we don’t have our moments, we do, but it’s in a very safe place. And I think when people are hurting or when they’re seeing their life leave from what they know they need to be in a safe place and the collaborative professionals are trained to try to create that space for them.
