The most important thing a client has to understand is to trust the process and trust his lawyer. It is a long, bumpy flight there’s gonna be some loss of attitude and some loss of altitude from time to time but they have to trust the process. They hired the right pilot, they get on the right plane, and they’ll get to the right destination but it is a long and bumpy journey and they got to stay true and they got to stay faithful.
