A lot depends on the parents’ schedules. If one parent is working and the other parent is home, there’s more of a tendency for that parent to get more time. But they try and make that up with vacation time. There’s a trend and an attempt right now in Pennsylvania to pass a statute trying to give 50-50. There’s a lot of opposition to that because that doesn’t always work and that’s not always the best – in the – it’s not in the best interest of the child. The best thing can happen is two parents can agree and then you have the best for the child as well as the parents.
