Well, I think from my experience, I think that the collaborative route serves most people better. It’s not true in all cases. There are some situations where it’s not a good route, but I think most of the time, if I’ve had a litigation case and it’s been very involved and we’ve seen it through to the end, when I look back, and I think about if they had done it collaboratively, most of the time I’m thinking it would have been a better process, a better experience for the people. I think the statistics are that 90 percent or more of the collaborative cases settle. That’s been true with my experience. I’ve only had two of them that have not settled, and I think that in general and on the whole it’s probably better for most people from my experience.
