Well, actually, I was the product of workplace harassment myself, and so I often will tell that to people when they call and they ask, “You know, what should I do? It’s going to be very emotional. How hard is this road?”

And I tell them, “Look, you have to decide if you can handle it. I’m going to give you some examples of what it’s about.” I personally chose to walk away. I was a young attorney. I thought that it would kill my reputation. Little did I know that I was going to start a shop doing exactly this, but that’s how I got into it.
