Well, assault is if you, you can threaten someone to harm them that’s an assault and you can actually harm them. And so in Minnesota there’s five degrees of assault I mean it can be assault with a dangerous weapon, assault where there’s substantial bodily harm, great bodily harm, just a little harm maybe just bruises. So yeah, assaults run a wide variety of factual basis.

And then we have domestic assault. So if there is an assault or a threat to harm someone that you are living with or related to, it could be even brother – sister, cousins, parent –child, and obviously, people who are in a romantic relationship those are all domestic assaults.
