Oh, I have done hundreds and hundreds of appeals and when I worked for Doug, I did all the appellate work in the office and then, I started doing more trial work and did both. It is, for me, I think it’s really helpful to do both because it keeps you up on the law and that helps arguing even at the trial court level because you know what’s just been decided and gives you great advantage. So I like doing the writing; I was an English major.
