The Lidoderm end-payors are the people or the entities who at the end of the chain of distribution, essentially pay the freight for drug prices. Those are companies that pay a prescription drug benefit for various consumers. They are labor unions that provide a prescription drug benefit for their union members. They are consumers who pay cash for drugs. And there are still a number of individuals in the United States who don’t have insurance or for various reasons have to pay cash for drugs. We represent those people who at the end of the day pay the highest prices or pay high prices as a result of these agreements.
