And Affirmative Action really covers the full gamut of the selection processes that the employer engages in with employees. And so it ranges from recruitment so outreach efforts to hiring, training, promotions, setting compensation, all the way, really, through beyond advancement to termination in such instances of like reduction in force, for instance.
