I think during the journey of the case and the fact that we are dealing with very sensitive issues with them, such as death of a family member, being able to walk them through that process and literally hold their hand through things that they’ve never thought about and dealing with a grieving widow or dealing with a loss. The advice that we give them outside of the legal arena is oftentimes the things that change their life the most and are often the things that years later clients come back to us and thank us for helping them through those times.
