The number one thing I tell clients is don’t be scared of the process, learn to embrace it. Litigation is a process it is not a unique thing and clients need to learn and get comfortable with that process. Hopefully, we guide them through it. I’ll tell you something else I tell all clients particularly older clients, particularly those with a bit of money, don’t hide your will, tell everyone what you’re going to do as to your last will and what your wishes are. Because if you’re trying to get even or trying to punish bad actors, once your gone, there’s no satisfaction in it, but the fighting will begin. So do planning, think about what the future is, and by all means, tell people.
