Don’t litigate on principle you’re going to be dissatisfied with the outcome no matter what it is. They’re not going to be satisfied with the outcome because there really is no outcome that they’re happy with at the end of the day they’ve spent money to get to an end result and that result is what they wanted but they just don’t feel like it was worth chasing; you know principle is a hollow goal.
