I think one of the most important ways that we advocate and support our clients through the process is by giving them a great availability to us, to our whole staff and office. We provide not only twenty-four-hour, seven-day-a-week representation, but they have complete access. They have complete access. They have all of our emails, they have all of our cellphone numbers. I tell clients it’s never too late or too often to text me. That it’s better to be in touch and let me know than to wait. For instance, we have a three-hour response time promise where many lawyers, if you’re lucky, will promise twenty-four-hour response, which means if you call on a Friday, you get a call back on Monday. We promise three hours. So if you call on Friday at 8:00 at night, you’ll get a call back within three hours.
