What clients should expect from Altman & Associates is preeminent service, because we believe that every client is a unique person that deserves our full attention to their individual matter. We believe estate planning is a process, it’s not a product. We treasure every single one of them.

We go out of our way for all of our clients to make sure that their documents are correct, that someone knows they’ve signed the documents, that their assets are coordinated with the documents, that the beneficiaries are correct, that their advisors know who we are and what they’ve done, and, we follow up with our clients, we send them a letter every year, we contact them every couple of years to ask them to come back in to change our documents.

Once they become our client, we want them to become our client for the rest of their lives. We want them to love us so much that they’ll refer everyone they know to us. That’s our goal.
