We do one thing and one thing only, and that is estate planning. Other firms do many things; they’ll do divorces, they’ll do traffic accidents, they’ll do real estate settlements, and maybe they’ll do a will or estate plan for one of those clients. We don’t do any of that. We only do the one thing; estate planning, trust administration, probate administration, planning for the transfer of wealth to the next generation, whether it’s an individual or a business. That makes us unique.

We have learned the laws, we have learned what happens. We have experience in drafting thousands and thousands of documents in dealing with thousands of people who have died, in working with individuals on problems that have developed when someone has died or becomes incapacitated.

As I like to say, the words we say and write are very important, and we work on those words and actually change those words, almost every day. And, every plan is unique because people are unique, their assets are unique, and their family situation is unique. We understand that because this is all we do.
