The reason that I have stayed working here is that when someone gets hurt on the job, for example, and I help them with their work comp claim I know that I can walk down the hall and talk to one of my partners if they get bad treatment by a physician. One of my partners then here I know will take good care of that part of their claim in the event the treatment meets the standard of bad treatment. I also can walk down the hall if there is a third party that caused my clients injury and they will handle the personal injury claim. And I’m not sure and I can’t speak to this but I don�t know of too many firms in this state that are able to provide that kind of coverage for a consumer who has the misfortune of a serious injury. And so I love that about where I work and I love the fact that we can all work together to provide the best overall result. We don’t have tunnel vision and everyone’s just out for their particular, we’re always looking at how we can completely cover all potential recoveries for clients. And I’ve always embraced that philosophy and that’s one of the reasons I’m still here.
