First of all, any case has to be investigated so you need a good investigation that includes interviewing all of the witnesses, talking with the police officers, talking to anybody that might know anything about what occurred. But then it’s also putting together the medical side of the case and working with doctors and nurses and therapists that care for that individual so that you know exactly what’s going on with the injury with the client/patient and what’s going to happen to them in the future. And that’s why you work closely with the treating medical personnel.
