Under state law in Texas really the only area where there are limitations on local educational grievances have to do with employment and really, they aren’t very strict at all, basically, it’s wide open. Basically, people can complain about just about anything the only limitation that I really recognize is sometimes people complain about things over which the school has absolutely no control. And it’s very difficult for us to afford to somebody relief in our complaint process, in our grievance process if we don’t’ have any authority or power to grant the relief that they’re seeking. Other than that, it is wide open and people can complain about just about anything that makes them unhappy.
