Well, probably that they’re not prepared when they go to market the property. I mean, there’s no substitute on either side for preparation. And on the seller’s side for preparation, it’s understanding your own property, putting together all the materials in an organized fashion, so you’re showing everything that you have to the buyer and let the buyer figure it out, and they’re going to be assuming everything about the property that’s been in their due diligence. So, if you omit things or you leave thing out that can cause a problem.
