I think I tell clients to write down every single question you have. I don’t care if you think it’s the dumbest question in the world. Anything that is keeping you up at night – anything you’re thinking about – you write it down, and then ask the questions. And one of the important things when you’re meeting an attorney is, if you ask what maybe you consider to be a stupid question, see how they answer it. See if they answer it in a way that makes you feel like it’s a stupid question, or makes you feel like it’s a valid concern of yours. And it really doesn’t matter what the attorney thinks of the quality of the question; it’s much more of whatever you need to make you feel like this is going to be an okay process.
