I think statistically nationwide probably something less than 1 out of 20 cases go to trial. At our firm, we have a much higher percentage of cases that go to trial than that. We started as a trail firm. We like trying cases. Clients hire us because of our skill at trying cases. We’re probably closer to like a 1 out of 5 type situation of cases going to trial.
