A marriage, divorce, or child affects a will like any significant change in one’s life. It’s always grounds for reviewing the provisions because not only will whatever has changed possibly changed the disposition that was originally intended but changes in the law and changes in your family structure also can change your intended disposition so they’re all good causes to review your documents.
