Domestic abuse under Minnesota statute is defined as one of three things. It’s physical harm, bodily injury, assault as a first category. Second category is the intentional infliction of imminent bodily harm, physical assault or, in a third category, terroristic threats, which are your death threats or bodily injury threats, interference with a 9-1-1 call or criminal sexual conduct.
