If a person is injured or a loved one is injured the family wants to make sure that they’re getting the best possible representation and that someone has an established record showing that he or she can handle the type of case that the injured person or loved one has. An established record of successful trials, of successful settlements is very important. Not necessarily the number because everybody’s case is different. But successful litigation to show that the lawyer has the skills and the law firm has the resources and backup to be able to fully represent and injured person or the family of an injured person or a deceased person is really essential in being able to stand up to giant corporation like railroads.
