I think if a company is really serious about doing business they need to hire somebody, a separate individual with some experience in doing business overseas as an addition to the company. Oftentimes, I see when company’s think about going overseas maybe they’ll get a request from a customer in Mexico or South Africa or whatever and then they’ll have the guy in charge of accounting or HR he also becomes sort of the international strategic guy. But for him that’s just an add on and he doesn’t have the experience or the time that really needs to be devoted to international sales.
