If an employer is found to discriminate or be investigated for discriminating, that will be – that investigation will be conducted by an agency known as the Office of Special Counsel. And there’s really not a set fine, but it is an aggressive investigation, and it is an aggressive attempt to ensure that the employer feels enough pain that they will never do that again.
