Gray Plant has a great Trust and Estates practice and a great overall corporate practice – litigation as well, too. If you get in trouble, [Laughs] we can help you there, too. One of the things I really like, is I have a lot of resources. So, for example, if I have a client who wants to do an ESOP, I don’t have to try to do an Employee Stock Ownership Plan. I can get somebody from a Employee Benefits to do it. Or, if we’re going to do a Deferred Comp Agreement or Consulting Agreement to get extra income to our retiring entrepreneur, again, I can get someone to draft the Deferred Comp Agreement. I like knowing a lot about a lot of things, but I like having deep, deep expertise behind me in the other substance of areas. One of the nice things that we have here is something called the Family Business Advisory Team. And, it’s a practice team. It’s crossed disciplinary. I’m one of the co-chairs of it. We have people from all different areas of the law who are interested – Real Estate, Litigation, Corporate, Employed Benefits, of course, Trust and Estates. And, these are people who have expertise and interest in working with family businesses. So, again, if I have a need for a litigator on a shareholder dispute, I know who to go to. I call up somebody in the – we call it the F-BAT Team. So, it’s great.
