This is a relatively new phenomenon, especially in the Midwest, where local counties or local cities have gotten very active in coming up with employment-related ordinances that only apply to obviously within their geographic boundaries. And in most parts of the country, a city, such as Minneapolis, also is comprised with continuous other cities, and they a little comprise a large metro area. But when the main city imposes a municipal regulation, especially on a transportation company that comes in and goes out, and comes in, and goes out of the city, that creates tremendous bookkeeping problems for transportation companies.
And that can be burdensome on a transportation company as it would be with almost any company that comes in and out. And we’re still trying to figure out the best advice to offer our clients, who are experiencing that kind of a problem. Those particular kinds of ordinances are still being created, and will probably still be litigated for at least the next five years.
