Under certain circumstances, yes. If a statute provides for recovery of attorney’s fees, you may. If a judge determines that the other side has acted in bad faith, you may. If a contract has a fee provision in it requiring the payment of your attorney’s fees, you may. Under all the other normal circumstances, you may not.
