Not really. Again, it depends on the case. Some cases are well suited for federal court. Sometimes you’ve got diversity of citizenship, for example, between businesses, and there’s a perception that you won’t get the home court treatment from a federal court as you will in state court. State court on the other hand is much more encompassing. In other words, there aren’t that many types of matters that would preferably be brought in federal court. Federal court is more expensive. It’s more serious. It’s a scary matter, frankly, but for some cases it is very well suited.
