Typically, a marital termination agreement and a judgement and degree would be able to be changed when it comes to custody, parenting time, child support, and spousal maintenance awards. However, in rare occasions the court allows for a property distribution and settlement to be modified. In regards to the items that are able to be more likely modified, which is custody and parenting time, child support, and spousal maintenance there’s a number of factors in each of those statutes surrounding modification of those issues that the court would need to look at to fairly modify what a divorce decree states.
