Grace Weatherly

Grace Weatherly is a highly experienced attorney with a specialization in Personal Injury Trial Law, certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2000. With 30 years of practice, she has devoted her career to civil trial law and has amassed significant expertise in both trial and appellate proceedings.

Having started her legal journey at the same firm during her second summer of law school, Grace Weatherly, along with her partner R. William (“Bill”) Wood, established Wood Weatherly Trial Law in 1996. Throughout her career, she has successfully tried approximately 55 civil cases to jury verdict, encompassing various areas such as commercial disputes, civil rights matters, will contests, and fiduciary litigation.

Currently, Grace Weatherly focuses exclusively on a select number of catastrophic injury cases. This deliberate approach allows her and her team to dedicate their energy and resources to deliver exceptional work and pursue justice on behalf of their clients.
