Ron Reitshtein is a native of Los Angeles and one of the founding partners at Youngman Reitshtein, PLC, a prominent family law firm in the city.

With a wealth of experience as a litigator, Ron’s approach to family law is enriched by his extensive mediation training. While he handles all aspects of family law, Ron particularly excels in navigating complex cases, where he skillfully crafts innovative and effective solutions to challenging situations. His clientele ranges from high-net worth entrepreneurs and business owners to notable individuals in the entertainment and professional sports industries.

Ron actively participates in professional organizations, including the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Family Law Section of the Beverly Hills Bar Association. He previously served as the Co-Chair of the Executive Committee for the Family Law Section and held positions as Vice-Chair and Secretary.

Since 2018, Ron has been a Daily and Virtual Settlement Officer for the Los Angeles Superior Court. He also volunteers as a mediator for the V.A.S.T. program and provides pro bono legal services through the Loyola Law School Center for Conflict Resolution. In collaboration with the Los Angeles Superior Court, Ron played a key role in establishing the court’s Self Represented Litigant Judgment Assistance Day Program in 2020.

Ron and his firm have dedicated substantial time to supporting the Harriett Buhai Center for Family Law. In recognition of their commitment, the organization honored them in 2019 by creating a prestigious award category named “Pro Bono Firm of the Year.”

Ron completed his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science at the University of California, Los Angeles, where he also pursued international legal coursework, including at the Lorenzo De Medici academy in Florence, Italy. He received the Fritz B. Burns Scholarship throughout his three years at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he actively contributed as a staff member and editor for the Entertainment Law Review.

For his outstanding legal work, Ron was included in the Super Lawyers Rising Star list in partnership with Thompson Reuters in 2018, 2019, and 2020. He has since been recognized as a Super Lawyer in 2022 and 2023.

Beyond his legal practice, Ron has a keen interest in real estate investments and holds a California Department of Real Estate Broker’s License. His strong grasp of computer and internet technologies further enhances his ability to handle cases effectively and efficiently.
